However, IE can't seem to find any web pages and the mail client can't talk to our mail server. I've done the modem connect with my HTC8525 and had to do nothing special to browse the internet. Did I miss something simple? Just for kicks I did an ipconfig /registerdns while it was connected but no joy.<br />I appreciate the help and the post. I'd not have gotten this far without it.

Comment on Connect your Pocket PC to a WIFI Access Point

I am trying to connect my ipaq 5700 to my home network using a Spectect SDIO card but have no idea where to start. "Guest" is easy as a default. Some use "Owner" or "Me", particularly where you're not bothering with multiple users at home and individual profiles are not an issue.

Comment on Battery drainage, ActiveSync and the dummy server fix

I did not experience significant battery drain with the IPAQ 110 that I reviewed so I hoped the issue had been resolved.&nbsp; Trying out the dummy server fix won't hurt anything.
