How to Cancel a Zune Pass

On your desktop computer, open up your browser and go to Zune.net and sign in to your account.

Click on the down arrow just under your Zune Tag (and avatar), select "My Account"

Click the "Manage Zune Music Pass" button

Select the "cancel subscription or free trial" option, then click the "Next" button and proceed through any remaining prompts as directed.

    Thanks for the help. I discovered that the "Manage Zune Music Pass" button does not appear because the Windows Live ID used does not have a Zune pass subscription. My granddaughter has has (2) Zune devices and now I need to determine what the correct ID is that the pass was created under. Since it was back in 2008, I think I will need Microsoft's help in locating the specific ID.

      Do you have a couple of different Windows Live IDs (I do).  Are you sure you are logging in with the same Windows Live ID and Password that you used when you signed up for the ZunePass?

      On the "My Account" page do you see a pink "Get Zune Pass" button or do you see a pink "Manage Zune Music Pass" button?  If you see a "Get Zune Pass" button, you'll only have options to sign up for a Zune Pass.  If that's the case, make sure you are logging into the Zune.net website using the same Windows Live ID and Password you used when you signed up for the Zune Pass.

      What options do you see on that page? Can you take a screenprint of that screen and post a link where I can go view the screenprint?
