The hw6900s include a preinstalled application, called SIM Manager, that can be used to copy SIM contacts to the Pocket PC's Contacts application:

• Tap Start > Programs > SIM Manager > Tools. 
• To copy all the SIM contacts, tap Select All > Copy to Contacts.  Otherwise, tap each contact you want to copy and then tap Copy to Contacts. 

SIM Manager also provides some basic information about the installed SIM card. 

Another option

If you don't have SIM Manager on your Pocket PC, you can use SKTOOLs' SIM Contacts option.  SIM Contacts lets you manage the contacts that are stored on your SIM card.  You can view, edit or delete items on the SIM card or you can export the contacts to or import the contacts from a text file or the Pocket PC's contacts database.  To copy contacts from the SIM card to the Pocket PC: 

• Open up SKTools, select SIM Contacts > Action menu
  •  To add all SIM contacts to the Pocket PC, select Add to Contacts
  • Alternatively, you can place checkmarks in the boxes next to specific contacts, then tap "Add marked to Contacts"
